Associate I, Production Operations

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; onsite production facility with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., followed by four scheduled days off.

What you will do

• Operate card production machines, printers, inserters, sorting equipment, and other production machinery.
• Set up equipment, load materials, and maintain organized production areas.
• Monitor equipment performance and clear routine malfunctions to maintain production flow.
• Complete repetitive production tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Inspect finished payment cards for quality and accuracy.
• Report equipment, material, and quality issues and support additional production activities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent credential.
• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately throughout the shift.
• Availability for three 12-hour shifts, overtime when required, and onsite work in San Antonio, Texas.
• Adaptability, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience operating printers, inserters, sorting equipment, or production machinery.
• Basic equipment setup, troubleshooting, and material-handling skills.
