Associate Advanced, Product Operations (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in San Antonio, Texas, United States; 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on scheduled Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Friday rotations.

What you will do

• Operate production equipment, inserters, printers, sorters, and related systems to meet daily output targets.
• Support shift leadership and act as a lead resource for production associates.
• Onboard, train, and coach team members on equipment, procedures, and quality standards.
• Test and validate processes, materials, and equipment enhancements.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, work instructions, and process guides.
• Monitor workflows, troubleshoot routine issues, improve throughput, and communicate production risks and results to leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or processing.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, handle production materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production leadership or acting as a lead associate.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization methods.
• Experience creating work instructions, standard operating procedures, or training materials.
• Familiarity with production metrics and reporting tools.
• Experience in a regulated, quality-driven production environment.
