What you will do

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor execution variances, and recommend resource and target adjustments.
• Build business KPI systems and prepare operational analysis reports to identify abnormal data, root causes, and cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Support business operations, project modeling, solution design, and financial decision-making while coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Identify operational risks, develop risk-control plans, and monitor cash flow and accounts receivable and payable.
• Design data models, BI dashboards, and automation tools to improve financial processes, data accuracy, and analysis efficiency.
• Lead industry research and competitor analysis, standardize processes, and deliver financial training.

Requirements

• Experience in financial business partnering within logistics or supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, operational analysis, KPI reporting, and financial controls.
• Experience supporting business decisions through project modeling, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Capability to design data models and automation tools, including BI dashboards.
• Strong understanding of compliance, operational risk, cash flow, and accounts receivable and payable management.
