TL;DR

Maintenance Technologist (PLC/HMI/LabVIEW): Executing preventive maintenance and resolving equipment failures in an advanced electronics manufacturing environment with an accent on equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and maintenance standardization. Focus on root cause investigations, improving equipment software and hardware, developing contingency plans, and supporting production through Six Sigma, lean production, CIP, and SPC practices.

Location: Zhunan, Taiwan. Full-time role with holiday and night shift requirements.

What you will do

Execute routine preventive maintenance and resolve equipment failures.
Conduct root cause investigations and improve equipment reliability and capability.
Improve equipment software and hardware in line with production requirements.
Evaluate equipment risks and develop contingency plans.
Document and standardize maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting techniques.
Provide engineering support to production, engineering, and improvement teams while applying Six Sigma, lean production, CIP, and SPC practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
Skills with PLC, HMI, and LabVIEW.
Documentation, computer, and presentation skills.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Good attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work holiday and night shifts.
