Maintenance Technician IV (Manufacturing Automation)

Salary: $33.89–$42.43 per hour, plus an annual 10% bonus opportunity

hirify.global’ Sterilization and Disinfection Control division manufactures and sells biological and chemical indicators for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental applications.

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot and modify PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, as well as robotics, CNC machinery, HVAC systems, and other critical production equipment.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs using vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
• Lead equipment installations, commissioning, calibration, automation integration, and system upgrades.
• Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives with engineering, production, and operations teams.
• Mentor technicians, provide technical training, and maintain maintenance procedures, records, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Expert-level troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming and control-system troubleshooting.
• Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and documentation skills.
