Module Process Engineer (Wuxi/Shanghai, English+Korean Speaking)

Location: Shanghai, China; the role includes travel 50% of the time and is relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Lead and solve customer high-value problems across process development, transfer, ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Analyze unit process impacts on fab yield, output, cost, defects, and variability across tool fleets.
• Optimize process Cpk, tool matching, preventive maintenance, output, and cost of ownership.
• Resolve complex equipment and process issues through analytics, equipment knowledge, and systematic troubleshooting.
• Work with customers and field teams including FSO and TSE to achieve service performance and margin objectives.
• Capture technical learnings, develop best-known methods, support escalations, and identify service renewal and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent Korean, both verbal and written, is required.
• English communication capability is required for the role.
• More than 5 years of professional experience.
• Deep or broad expertise in DDP and etch processes.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently, apply advanced analytical judgment, and recommend best practices.
• Availability to travel 50% of the time.
