CPSO/CSSO (Cybersecurity)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to maintain the government-granted access required for assigned programs.

Salary: $85,500–$135,000 annually. For specific work locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $106,500–$159,500 annually.

What you will do

• Manage contractual security requirements, CDRLs, DD-254s, program objectives, and milestones for assigned programs.
• Administer SAP and SCI security activities, including indoctrinations, debriefings, derivative classification, courier operations, and training.
• Process security clearances and coordinate PARs, PSQs, SCI requests, visitors, and security meetings.
• Lead incident investigations, self-inspections, corrective action plans, and document-control activities.
• Maintain physical security for ICD 705 spaces, including support for new builds and emergency response.
• Collaborate with ISSM/ISSO and cross-functional partners on RMF, ATO, Insider Threat, OPSEC, and Program Protection activities.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI and/or SAP access is required.
• Consent to polygraph and continued ability to obtain and maintain required government access are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combined education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with SAP and SCI programs and relevant DoD, NISPOM, ICD, and RMF requirements.
• Experience with security policy, SOPs, Program Protection Plans, OPSEC Plans, program onboarding and closeout, DISS, NISS, SIMS, JADE, or eQIP.

Nice to have

• Experience with the United States Intelligence Community and SAP environments.
• Completed CSSO or CPSO training, including SAP Intro or SAP Mid-Level courses.
• Strong discernment.
