Program Security Representative (PSR) I

Location: Onsite in Chantilly, Virginia, United States; 10–25% travel required

What you will do

• Provide multidisciplinary security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Apply NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP security policies and procedures.
• Assess vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and security shortfalls, and recommend corrective improvements.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, close-outs, corrective-action tracking, and contractor oversight.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and sensitive information and prepare damage assessments.
• Brief personnel and support SAP security education, awareness, and operations security training.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; ability to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate degree plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with facility, physical, system, SAP, SCI, or classified security operations.
• SFPC and SPSC certifications may count toward experience requirements, subject to stated limits.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Relevant security certifications such as SFPC, SPSC, GSEC, GICSP, or CCNA Security.
