Senior Product Manager (Telecom)

Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece. Hybrid way of working, combining remote and office-based work, with an option to work from abroad.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development and commercial scaling of hirify.global Greece’s retail and value-added services ecosystem.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and P&L performance for services including device financing, insurance, trade-in, and One Number.
• Design bundled propositions combining devices, connectivity, and services across retail and digital channels.
• Optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, messaging, and in-store and online merchandising.
• Partner with Retail, Sales, Training, Digital, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to support execution.
• Build and negotiate partnerships with financial institutions, insurers, OEMs, and service providers.

Requirements

• Proven product leadership experience scaling commercial propositions across retail or digital channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pricing, margins, business cases, revenue, attach rate, and conversion KPIs.
• Ability to create simple, customer-centric propositions and journeys.
• Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end execution skills.
• Experience building partnerships and developing scalable, profitable commercial models.
