TL;DR

Focus on translating complex business requirements into development-ready user stories and ensuring seamless delivery across web and mobile platforms.

Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.
  • Write clear, development-ready epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the primary functional point of contact between Product, Technology, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to translate business needs into product increments.
  • Use data and user insights to identify friction points and drive platform efficiency.
  • Monitor development progress and participate in all Agile sprint ceremonies.

Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in fintech or financial services.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal).
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and experience with Jira.
  • Experience with APIs, backend-driven workflows, and web/mobile product development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • CSPO or PSPO I/II certification.
  • Experience in lending, payments, BNPL, or digital onboarding platforms.
  • Experience working with merchant integrations or external partners.
