What you will do

• Define and lead company-wide AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to embed AI into products and features
• Drive AI adoption for automation and productivity across Operations, Marketing, and Sales
• Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure scalable, measurable AI initiatives
• Establish and enforce AI governance, ethics, and risk management best practices

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Finance, Physics, Business Management, or Computer Science
• At least 7 years in Product Management or Innovation roles
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and Generative AI
• Proven delivery of AI-enabled products and complex cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to translate technical AI into business value
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and proactive execution in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience in quantitative roles in trading, FX/capital markets, gaming, or asset management
• Solid understanding of financial products (CFDs, Options, Futures) and FX market
• Strong business acumen and trade lifecycle knowledge
• Previous experience with online trading platforms
