Senior AI Product Manager

Location: Limassol, Athens, Thessaloniki, Nicosia, or remote; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Define and lead the AI product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed high-impact AI capabilities into products and features.
• Drive AI adoption across Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other non-product teams to improve automation and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure AI programs are scalable, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes.
• Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and risk management.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial studies, Finance, Physics, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management or Innovation roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and Generative AI.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products or platforms and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking, prioritization, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with online trading platforms.
• Quantitative experience in trading, FX or capital markets, gaming, or asset management.
• Understanding of CFDs, Options, Futures, FX client profiles, and the trade lifecycle.
