Sr Manager, AI Solutions Technical Product Owner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Thessaloniki, Greece. Flexibility in working hours is required to collaborate with international stakeholders across Latin America, Europe, and Asia; occasional travel may be expected.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, lifecycle, delivery, and adoption of AI products across the International Commercial portfolio.
• Translate business priorities into backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear technical direction.
• Guide teams in selecting and developing data products, AI data products, generative and agentic AI solutions, and full-stack applications.
• Drive products from POC or MVP to enterprise-grade systems with appropriate architecture, compliance, security, scalability, and support models.
• Coordinate agile delivery, UAT, releases, production handover, and external vendor and contractor teams.
• Prototype POCs, mockups, or wireframes with modern AI tools and support adoption through training, roadshows, documentation, and value metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, digital delivery, or product management.
• 2–3 years of hands-on product ownership or product management experience for digital, data, or AI products.
• Experience with agile teams, Jira or Confluence, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, UAT, releases, and production handover.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivery through external vendors or contractor teams.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable modern cloud data platforms and modern AI tools for building POCs, mockups, or preliminary wireframes.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
