Own material-readiness assessments for new product introduction, engineering changes, product transfers, sustaining production, and growth plans.
Evaluate demand against supplier capacity and capability, identify material and supplier risks, quantify business impact, and maintain readiness dashboards and risk registers.
Lead quarterly Supply Chain Readiness and Supplier Risk Reviews covering current priorities, the next four to six quarters, and longer-term growth plans.
Coordinate with Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Program Management, and suppliers to drive mitigation, readiness, and recovery actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, purchasing, inventory control, and/or supplier management.
Experience leading cross-functional material-readiness, supply-risk, product-launch, or operational-planning activities in a matrix environment.
Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate supply risk and business impact to leadership.
