Senior Project Management Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Germany, ideally Munich or Frankfurt; hybrid working model

What you will do

• Develop reports, processes, and project materials supporting Client Delivery and project teams.
• Prepare project and delivery reporting, including effort and financial tracking.
• Produce status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate communication between clients, project teams, and hirify.global functions.
• Manage and track client change requests from intake and impact assessment through delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify obstacles, and support their resolution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior or lead PMO role.
• Experience in a technology or financial services organization.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Ability to anticipate project and change-request needs, make independent decisions, and take action.
• Knowledge of tools such as Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Planview, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
