Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own complex product programs from initiation through post-launch, managing platform enhancements and multi-client deployments.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution by partnering with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Data teams.
- Lead governance forums and delivery checkpoints to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Manage technical risks including integrations, APIs, data migrations, and environment readiness.
- Promote Agile and DevOps practices to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
- Provide data-driven reporting to leadership and champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools for delivery insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, product programs, or platform delivery initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering SaaS, product, or technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and release planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Must be eligible for Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada.
- Strong communication, governance, and risk management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in pension, benefits, health, or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Bilingual English/French capability.
