What you will do

• Own complex product programs from initiation through post-launch, managing platform enhancements and multi-client deployments.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution by partnering with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Data teams.
• Lead governance forums and delivery checkpoints to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Manage technical risks including integrations, APIs, data migrations, and environment readiness.
• Promote Agile and DevOps practices to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
• Provide data-driven reporting to leadership and champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools for delivery insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, product programs, or platform delivery initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering SaaS, product, or technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and release planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be eligible for Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada.
• Strong communication, governance, and risk management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in pension, benefits, health, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Bilingual English/French capability.
