What you will do

• Build account plans based on each banking client’s vision, strategy, and financial objectives.
• Own executive and critical commercial relationships across assigned regional and community banking accounts.
• Originate, develop, and execute sales opportunities for hirify.global products and services.
• Grow new business and revenue over the short, medium, and long term.
• Partner with renewal, product, delivery, and executive teams to retain revenue and meet client needs.

Requirements

• Experience influencing and partnering with senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or account manager in financial technology or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of the financial services market, hirify.global products and services, and the fintech competitive landscape.
• Expert negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to travel 15%–25%.
