Associate Manager Software Engineering (Smart400)

What you will do

• Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code.
• Design software and databases and use performance optimization tools.
• Provide technical leadership and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Document software requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to best practices and emerging technologies.
• Support knowledge sharing, training, and team learning.

Requirements

• Strong SMART/400 and DIARY/400 knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, communication, teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience and willingness to grow in a leadership role.

Nice to have

• Life/400 or Group/400 knowledge.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training.
