What you will do

• Lead software engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry practices.
• Set the strategic direction for software development efforts and coordinate engineering initiatives.

• Coordinate team tasks, provide technical and leadership guidance, and monitor the quality of team output.
• Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support successful delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive background in software development and engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of software development principles.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading developers, coordinating work, and ensuring team performance and output quality.
