What you will do
- Supervise an electrical engineering group, including staffing, mentoring, professional development, safety, and budget adherence.
- Technically lead and execute engineering projects through product development and release.
- Define product specifications and alpha, beta, and gamma exit requirements.
- Coordinate engineering resources with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve complex electrical issues and interface with internal and external customers.
- Contribute to technical reviews and recommend electrical engineering strategy, roadmaps, and business processes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience.
- Experience leading engineering projects and managing engineering staff.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and determine appropriate actions within established procedures.
- Ability to present technical information and gain cooperation from stakeholders.
- Commitment to ' Standards of Business Conduct and compliance requirements.
