What you will do

• Manage a team of staff-level employees, including performance objectives, reviews, and pay recommendations.
• Define and communicate the team's technical and functional roadmap and vision.
• Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Manage investigations and resolutions for production support issues and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure systems are testable, stable, scalable, and performant.
• Report on team activities and communicate company and organizational information to team members.

Requirements

• Experience managing engineering teams and accountability for unit performance and results.
• Ability to define technical roadmaps aligned with department, division, and company objectives.
• Experience addressing resource, operational, and process challenges.
• Ability to manage production support investigations and customer inquiries.
• Experience collaborating across software development, architecture, solutions, and QA functions.
