Associate Manager Software Development (Fullstack)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or Palm Beach, FL, United States

Salary: USD 125,000–175,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate software development and implementation activities across multiple business lines.
• Establish software development and integration standards, methodologies, and procedures.
• Participate in strategic technology decisions and define software solutions with the CTO and business leaders.
• Prioritize projects, products, and resources and prepare business cases with stakeholders.
• Drive application architecture, security guidelines, certifications, and software engineering best practices.
• Manage software quality assurance, process improvements, progress reporting, and technology proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with .NET technologies, especially C#.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and working with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedure development, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Proficiency in Excel and VBA.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital or stock markets.
• Knowledge of current software development techniques, methodologies, and technologies.
