Production & New Product Introduction Planner

Location: Corvallis, Oregon, United States of America

Salary: $73,800–$100,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Collect production and R&D demand forecasts, publish build plans, and manage factory capacity and inventory.
• Coordinate production shipments, material receipts, shipping irregularities, arrival-date tracking, and downstream demand.
• Work with industrial engineering, operations, program management, forecasting, and R&D teams to model capabilities and manage constraints.
• Lead bi-weekly planning meetings and support staffing, shift, throughirify.globalut, and line-utilization planning.
• Support transitions from R&D to production, including S4 setup and product costing.
• Report inventory, plan variances, component changes, scrap costs, and other program metrics to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain and logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a related area.
• Experience using SAP for production control, shipping, inventory transactions, and related manufacturing functions.
• Experience with complex planning and forecasting, inventory management, and constraint management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language is required.
