Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and maintain 3- to 18-month demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios.
- Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and customer demand data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
- Use SAP and demand planning tools to evaluate forecast accuracy and performance.
- Present demand scenarios and recommend forecast adjustments based on changing conditions.
- Monitor KPIs, identify planning risks, and support budget reconciliation, strategic planning, and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain roles.
- Experience in manufacturing or chemical industries.
- Experience with ERP or demand planning systems such as SAP.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
