Senior Specialist Supply Chain / Senior Supply Chain Planner

Location: Onsite in Germany, Neckarbischofsheim

What you will do

• Manage production and material planning for multiple product lines at the Neckarbischofsheim site.
• Review MRP output, create production requirements, schedule sales orders, and support on-time customer fulfillment.
• Participate in the SIOP process and maintain demand profiles, forecasts, and inventory levels in Smoothie and Microsoft AX.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, inventory management, business units, customers, and external manufacturing partners.
• Analyze demand, delivery, and inventory data and support executive reporting.
• Coordinate new product ramps, capacity and resource planning, supply improvement activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience in supply chain and inventory management within a medium or large manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Experience with MRP and multi-level BOM structures in a manufacturing organization.
• Diploma or degree-level qualification, with training in master planning, MRP, APICS certification, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of import and export requirements, ERP software such as Axapta, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, and Lean Supply Chain principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience reporting to senior management.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
