Production & Supply Chain Coordinator (Fashion)

Location: Berlin, Germany; flexible hybrid working model subject to team specifications. Relocation assistance is available, including visa support.

hirify.global is a fashion brand developing footwear and accessories collections for Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale channels.

What you will do

• Coordinate seasonal production timelines and purchase orders with Italian manufacturing partners.
• Monitor production milestones, follow up on delays, and resolve operational issues with suppliers.
• Maintain production master data, product specifications, EAN codes, barcode labels, packaging, and labeling requirements.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from factories to the warehouse, including documentation, quantities, and delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Operations, and Warehousing teams to ensure products are ready for D2C and B2B channels.
• Maintain delivery dashboards and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fashion production, ideally footwear production with Italian manufacturers.
• Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems, plus strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Italian speaking ability, ideally at native level, and fluent English are required.
• Hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and interest in fashion, craftsmanship, and sustainable production.
