What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies with the Supply Chain Director.
• Manage inventory levels, stock coverage, and supply performance with suppliers and internal category teams.
• Own supplier and logistics provider relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain service and compliance standards.
• Identify supply chain vulnerabilities and create contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
• Improve procurement, logistics, demand planning, and inventory processes to increase reliability and reduce waste.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and sustainability improvements using digital tools, automation, and new business models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting.
• End-to-end knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, logistics, planning, and fulfillment.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare supply chain.
• Experience leading negotiations in a supply chain procurement environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data modeling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Excel and familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems, plus a track record of leading cross-functional process improvements.
