Inventory & Logistics Coordinator (Robotics)

What you will do

• Perform goods receipt activities, including incoming inspections and documentation.
• Organize material storage, maintain inventory records, and support regular stocktaking.
• Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Pick, prepare, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Coordinate internal material movements, transportation, packaging, dispatch, and supplier discrepancy documentation.
• Maintain ERP and warehouse management data and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and material flow.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or goods receipt.
• Practical knowledge of goods receipt, inventory management, warehousing, and material handling processes.
• Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and supporting documentation.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, where appropriately trained and certified.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support changing production and shipping requirements.
• Strong reliability, teamwork skills, and awareness of workplace quality and safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience using ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
