What you will do

• Lead the global Supply Planning and Supplier Performance organization and align it with business objectives and long-term growth strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process, balancing demand, supply capacity, inventory targets, and financial objectives.
• Manage the global supplier performance framework, including quality, delivery, cost competitiveness, innovation, risk mitigation, and TCQ metrics.
• Lead supplier compliance, sustainability, audit, and qualification programs, including LkSG, BSCI, SGP, COI, and GMS requirements.
• Develop supply chain transformation, footprint optimization, supplier relocation, and resilience initiatives.
• Build high-performing procurement teams and oversee supplier relationships, escalations, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in operational procurement, purchasing operations, supply chain management, or related procurement functions.
• Strong knowledge of procurement operations, order management, inventory planning, supplier performance, supply continuity, and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, material availability, service levels, operational efficiency, cost optimization, governance standards, and continuous improvement programs.
• Proficiency in SAP, procurement systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Fluent English and German required; willingness to travel as required.
