Quality Technician

Quality Technician (Manufacturing): Supporting daily production quality initiatives and process improvements with an accent on component measurement, validation, and compliance. Location: Must be based in Delavan, Wisconsin, USA

Salary: $22 - $24/hr + 8% shift differential

What you will do

• Support daily production quality initiatives through process analysis, data evaluation, and 8D problem-solving.
• Maintain ISO/QMS compliance, including internal audits and calibration activities.
• Assist with PPAP activities by validating internal and supplier component measurements.
• Contribute to product development using APQP tools such as FMEA, control plans, and capability studies.
• Inspect components using CMM programming, optical systems, and precision hand tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma with strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001), PPAP, SPC, and calibration processes.
• Knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and CMM operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in injection molding or machining.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Experience with PC-DMIS software.
