What you will do
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety rules and escalating safety concerns immediately.
- Coordinate work assignments with the supervisor to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
- Support employees through problem solving, answering questions, reviewing quality, and training.
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems and coordinate with maintenance and support departments to keep production on schedule.
- Act as an informal leader by influencing without authority and engaging employees in line with the Code of Conduct and company values.
- Lead daily tier meetings; drive continuous process improvement with the CI team; drive inventory accuracy; maintain the work area using 5S standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices.
- Ability to establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
- Ability to work on-site at the Company’s Foundry in Franklin, NH.
