Manufacturing Operator

Location: Bloomington, MN, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Salary: $20–$24 per hour, plus a $1.25 shift differential

hirify.global is a global manufacturing company producing fluid management accessories and related products.

What you will do

• Assemble and process fluid management accessories using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Visually inspect products, verify specifications, package products, and escalate quality issues.
• Set up workstations using part instructions and specifications in SAP.
• Sort components, initiate sanitizing procedures, and use laser marking equipment for part identification.
• Complete production reports, labels, work-order documentation, SAP transactions, and quality charts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and participate in continuous improvement activities such as 6S and Kaizen.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read documented processes, perform basic math and computer data entry, and use measuring devices and hand or power tools.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive pinching, grasping, twisting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime when required.

Nice to have

• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
