What you will do

• Escort patients, prepare examination rooms, and ensure rooms are clean and stocked.
• Review medical information, collect updated health data, and record accurate documentation.
• Take vital signs, draw blood, administer medications and immunizations, bandage wounds, and assist with procedures.
• Handle front-desk duties including scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, referrals, and specialist coordination.
• Process test results and communicate them to patients as directed by the provider.
• Support patient outreach, care-gap initiatives, and individual care plans with the broader care team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration is required where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
