Systems Administrator Seniors - Unity Application Engineer (Unity)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible under company policies.

What you will do

• Maintain, deploy, and review performance analysis for internally developed Unity user interface and services products.
• Deploy Unity and related products on new virtual servers across UAT, production, pre-production, test, and performance environments.
• Coordinate with Development, Project Management, Professional Services, Network, Security, and Server OS support teams.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-tier applications using Wireshark, browser development tools, and automation software.
• Open technical cases with hardware and software vendors and provide diagnostic information to resolve incidents.
• Plan and test disaster recovery and provide Development with serviceability improvement feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, or a related field, plus five years of progressively responsible experience; alternatively, a relevant master’s degree and three years of experience.
• Experience with SQL Server databases supporting Decisions workflow and Unity Macrim applications.
• Experience with IDP/SSO, WAF, Windows security, and internet-facing Unity and UFI applications.
• Experience deploying releases and patches with Octopus Automation and working with Decisions for Workflows and Informatica.
• Experience supporting Windows Server 2008, 2016, and 2019, IIS, Apache reverse proxy, and load-balanced applications.
• Ability to work with engineers located locally and overseas.
