What you will do
- Design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, storage, and telephony systems.
- Implement observable, secure, and fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and direction across multiple teams and domains.
- Serve as an internal escalation point for daily operations and troubleshooting.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service resolution.
- Support global operations for remote, manufacturing, and office-based workforces.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers, and storage.
- Strong experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory.
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud compute and storage.
- Experience working in a SOX-regulated company is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience with Linux.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks.
- Cisco, AWS, or Azure certifications.
- Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, or pharma industries.
