IT Administrator (File Transfer)

Location: Hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal; candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Administer file transfer and managed file transfer environments.
• Manage Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport services.
• Configure and support critical file transfer flows using SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
• Provide L3 support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve configuration issues.
• Manage services on Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
• Work with TCP/IP, firewalls, and load balancers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in file transfer, MFT, or systems administration environments.
• Strong experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport.
• Solid knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS protocols.
• Experience managing Linux and/or Windows Server services.
• Experience with L3 support, troubleshooting, and configuration of critical file transfer flows.
• Fluent English at B2 level or above; availability for hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto; Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit required.
