Senior Application Support & Maintenance (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Argentina, Buenos Aires — 100% remote

What you will do

• Provide advanced L2/L3 application support across deployment, operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Deploy vendor application packages through formal change management processes.
• Resolve P1–P4 technical and functional incidents within established SLAs and lead root cause analysis.
• Execute database queries, data fixes, and configuration adjustments to support uninterrupted shop-floor operations.
• Maintain applications in a validated GxP state in accordance with CSV policies and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and plant stakeholders while maintaining accurate ServiceNow records.

Requirements

• Advanced to fluent English communication, C1/C2 or equivalent, is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing, packaging, engineering, or supply chain environments.
• Hands-on experience with MES, serialization and track-and-trace, label management, barcode tracking, or supply chain control systems.
• Knowledge of GxP, Good Documentation Practices, and Computer Systems Validation lifecycle principles.
• Strong experience with MS Windows Server 2016+, MS SQL Server 2016+, middleware or application servers, and XML, SOAP, or REST interfaces.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience, with L2/L3 application lifecycle management, incident and problem resolution, and ITIL or ServiceNow workflows; a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk ProductionCentre or MES PharmSuite.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerized environments, or cloud solutions.
• Automation and scripting skills with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certification.
