Enterprise Operations Business Internship (Supply Chain)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US in 2027 and must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship.

Salary: $23–$32 per hour for US candidates.

What you will do

• Analyze and map supply chain processes using the SCOR model.
• Identify improvement opportunities in sourcing and logistics to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations teams to gather data and insights.
• Support inventory management, demand planning, order fulfillment, and other supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market and industry research on emerging supply chain practices, technologies, products, and categories.
• Develop data-driven solutions, financial and operational models, KPI reports, sustainability initiatives, and quality control processes.

Requirements

• Completed the third year of a bachelor's degree or the first year of a master's or MBA program, typically in a non-technical specialization.
• Currently enrolled full time at an accredited university and able to obtain US work authorization in 2027 without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to apply the SCOR model, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Nice to have

• Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Distribution, or General Business Management studies.
• Advanced Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Access, Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Python or other programming languages, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
• Previous internship experience in a supply chain-related function.
