Product Operations Associate

Location: Los Angeles, CA; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $25–$36.50 per hour, based on the Los Angeles geographic area and dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage samples across the supply chain, from early development through final TOPs and creative samples.
• Track samples from factories and mills and manage sample packages to and from headquarters.
• Maintain raw material data in WFX and MDD and assist with sample yardage purchase orders.
• Create, revise, and issue bulk production purchase orders to factories.
• Verify style, costing, delivery dates, sizes, colors, ports, and country-of-origin data for order accuracy.
• Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Sustainability, Quality, overseas vendors, and internal teams on delivery and product development.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in purchase order management, sample tracking, or product development coordination; internships count.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, PLM or ERP systems such as WFX and MDD.
• High accuracy in data entry and order management, including identifying cost, country-of-origin, port, and delivery discrepancies.
• Experience communicating directly with overseas vendors or factories.
• Ability to manage 50+ purchase orders or samples across multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Internship or previous experience in product, supply chain, or fashion-related roles.
• Familiarity with WFX, PLM systems, or MDD.
• Education or background in Fashion, Textiles, or Supply Chain.
