Operations Business Support Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Orlando, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; or Houston, Texas, USA

Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Support daily warehouse operations through data entry, information verification, and document management.
• Coordinate and manage third-party workforce resources.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and prepare business reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve operational issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions.
• Respond to customer feedback, resolve issues, and support customer satisfaction improvements.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher; all majors are welcome.
• At least one year of experience in operations support or a related role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
