Supply Chain Intern (Space Systems)

Location: Long Beach, California; full-time, on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning September 2026

What you will do

• Support sourcing and procurement of parts from suppliers worldwide.
• Help manage supplier relationships and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support delivery of critical hardware for space systems and launch products.
• Apply engineering and industry concepts to solve supply chain challenges.
• Work with mentors and cross-functional colleagues while providing progress updates.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• At least one semester of study remaining after the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• At least 3 months of corporate experience in supply chain.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Long Beach for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks starting September 2026.
• For U.S. office work, must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, admitted refugee/asylee, or eligible to obtain required ITAR authorizations.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• At least 6 months of corporate supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of 5S principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Six Sigma.
