Supply Chain Inventory Management Intern (Logistics)

TL;DR

Supply Chain Inventory Management Intern (Logistics): Supporting inventory management activities within the Sales & Operations Execution process with an accent on inbound planning and reporting. Focus on optimizing inventory availability, developing dashboards, and improving planning reliability.

Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office in Amsterdam, Netherlands)

What you will do

• Support inbound planning and prioritization to maximize product availability.
• Develop and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions to improve inventory visibility.
• Assist with stock balancing across European distribution centers and local warehouse replenishment.
• Manage and execute Value-Added Services (VAS) to stock processes and exception management.
• Collaborate with Warehousing, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams to improve planning reliability.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation using data and analytics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be registered as a student during the entire internship period.
• Students from outside the EU must provide a signed NUFFIC agreement.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Apps.
• SAP knowledge.
