Pay range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support a primary care physician in delivering patient care and a positive patient experience.
• Escort patients, prepare and stock exam rooms, review medical information, and gather updated health data.
• Take vital signs, perform blood draws, administer medications and immunizations, bandage wounds, and assist with procedures.
• Manage front-desk activities including scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, referrals, and specialist visits.
• Document patient information, process test results, communicate results, and conduct patient outreach.
• Maintain clinical supplies and equipment and help identify and address gaps in patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration is strongly preferred and required where mandated by the state.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.
