What you will do

• Provide hands-on patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering injections, and performing urine testing.
• Coordinate clinical procedures and diagnostic testing, including specimen collection and blood pressure monitoring.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EMR and communicate updates to providers.
• Manage patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination.
• Support clinic operations through medical records management, inventory control, and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or graduation from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of clinical medical assistant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and common clinical/office equipment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required for specific positions).
• Strong organizational skills and a patient-first mindset.
