Head of Talent Development (AI)

Location: Helsinki or London; hybrid mode with 3–4 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own and build the end-to-end talent development strategy, including scalable frameworks, programs, and operating rhythms.
• Design performance management around continuous feedback, clear goals, and effective talent conversations.
• Coach managers and leaders on performance discussions, goal setting, talent planning, and leadership development.
• Build onboarding, mentoring, targeted learning, succession planning, talent review, and workforce development processes.
• Use people data, engagement signals, and business feedback to measure and improve development programs.
• Apply AI tools to personalize and scale learning and development in an AI-first environment.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling talent development, L&D, or organizational development programs.
• Strong expertise in performance management, career development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managers as a trusted thought partner and influencing without authority.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into practical, scalable solutions and deliver them quickly.
• Strong facilitation, project management, communication, stakeholder management, and direct-feedback skills.
• Data-driven approach and fluency with AI tools, with curiosity about their impact on learning and how people work.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, cloud, AI, or scale-up environments.
• Experience building talent development frameworks from scratch.
• Experience with talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, modern learning technologies, or digital learning platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to improve learning, development, or organizational effectiveness.
