What you will do

• Lead dry etch process engineering efforts to drive technology development and process capability.
• Define and execute process experiments to optimize plasma etch, RIE, ALE, and related processes.
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve tool and process issues.
• Drive improvements in critical dimension control, uniformity, selectivity, and defectivity.
• Support process transfer, ramp readiness, and excursion response in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Document process learning, best known methods, and control plans to ensure technology roadmap delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with dry etch process development, plasma etch equipment, and recipe optimization.
• Strong history of collaboration across process modules, integration, and equipment engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fab environment and drive technical closure under schedule pressure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Doctoral degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with advanced logic technologies like Gate-All-Around (GAA).
• Previous experience in a semiconductor foundry or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in metrology and inspection data analysis (CD-SEM, profile metrology, etc.).
