Global Supply Chain Planner

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite, first shift

What you will do

• Drive complex supply chain processes, including import and export operations, for large global business units.
• Execute demand and supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and identify operational impacts.
• Lead cross-functional global business unit planning teams and coordinate planning requirements and guidelines.
• Define and use KPIs to improve operations, update business processes, and develop business recommendations.
• Coordinate reporting, tracking, leadership meetings, and business operation plans.
• Mentor and coach junior-level staff while maintaining compliance with regulations and client guidelines.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, demand and supply matching, inventory management, procurement, production planning, and warehousing.
• Experience with data analysis, ERP, SAP applications, KPIs, process improvement, and continuous improvement practices.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
