Master Scheduler

What you will do

• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term production plans based on demand, material availability, capacity, and operational priorities.
• Manage the master production schedule, production sequencing, customer commitments, and cross-functional escalations.
• Monitor material availability, inventory, WIP, finished goods, capacity, and supply chain KPIs to identify and mitigate risks.
• Support MPS, MRP, and S&OP/SIOP processes, as well as ERP and production planning system implementations and improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, inventory optimization, capacity utilization, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Planning team through objectives, performance metrics, and individual development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably discrete manufacturing, electronics, electrical, automotive, or industrial industries.
• Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, capacity management, inventory, WIP, and finished goods.
• Experience with MPS, MRP, S&OP/SIOP, ERP/MRP systems, and planning process improvements.
• Experience leading or developing a Planning team, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and escalation-management skills.
• Conversational English required.
