What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the production cycle.
• Evaluate vendor reliability and develop solutions for material shortages.
• Monitor purchasing costs and consolidate contracts to support cost-effective procurement models.
• Develop new supply sources to maintain operational stock levels.
• Maintain inventory and collaborate with operations to ensure appropriate stock.
• Track and achieve procurement KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and exchange accurate information.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for approximately 90% of the workday.
• Ability to operate a computer and office productivity equipment in a professional office environment.

Nice to have

• CPIM and/or APICS certification.
