Customer Program Coordinator (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Coordinate customer program needs with Key Account, Customer Service, Planning, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Manage logistics issues involving supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts, material handling, shipments, and third-party warehousing.
• Coordinate import-export licensing and product delivery requirements.
• Evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Analyze production planning data and volume studies, and support process and rating improvement initiatives.
• Develop customer delivery plans using Excel and other productivity tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience and direct customer-facing experience.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a professional office and/or laboratory/manufacturing environment and perform extended periods of computer-based work.
• Ability to occasionally move or position objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

• APICS CPIM certification.
