Supply Chain Policy & Procedure Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Queretaro City, Mexico; attendance at the Queretaro office is required a couple of times a week.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and standardize global supply chain policies and procedures.
• Establish governance frameworks for consistent application across regions and business units.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Operations to align policies with internal and external standards.
• Create documentation for processes, workflows, and guidelines in alignment with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Manage document lifecycles, version control, and the policy repository.
• Conduct training and workshops, and provide documentation and compliance evidence for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related functions within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Experience in policy development, process documentation, and compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, practices, and global compliance regulations.
• Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.
• Proficiency with policy management tools, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and process documentation systems such as ARIS or Celonis.

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification.
• ISO Quality Management certification.
• Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
